Well we did it, we put an offer in on a house. I think we saw about 17 houses total in the last few months so we feel like we've seen a good variety. We don't like everything about this house- the backyard is a mess and needs a complete makeover and some of the other rooms are not decorated very well, but all of that can be changed.
The major problem with this house is that it is a short sale, so what that means for us is that we have a long wait ahead of us to hear if they accept our offer or not. I wouldn't mind the wait as long as I knew they would accept our offer in the end...
So fingers crossed that we get this house, or we have to start all over again.
